Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief

As I finished the last book of the Percy Jackson Series, I restarted reading the first one. The lightning thief. They actually have a movie on this book but as I read through the chapter, I realized that there are some different stuff in the book and the movie.

I read this book until chapter 8. In there, Percy played capture the flag with his other campmates. He was beaten up a lot and magically, when he is pushed to the water, he felt like some kind of energy is going into his body. His fellow campmate, Annabeth then realizes that Percy is the son of Poseidon, the god of the seas. After their head master, Chiron knows about this, Percy is told to go to the attic where the spirit of Delphi, a prophecy lives. He asks whether there is a prophecy about him. Then the mummy's eyes started to glow and it started to speak
You shall go west, and face the god who has turned
You shall find what was stolen, and see it safely returned
You shall be betrayed by one who calls you a friend
And you shall fail to save what matters the most, in the end.

Percy didn't understand what these lines mean. When he asks something, the mummy went silent, as if she never speak in the first place.

This book is really interesting. They didn't tell the prophecy part in the movie, so I really look forward to see read this book.
